During the divorce process, most people at one time or another find themselves in mediation. Mediation is a very helpful process in divorce and it involves a situation where you sit down with a mediator who is a neutral third party, typically another divorce lawyer, who helps you and your lawyer negotiate the case with your spouse and your spouse's lawyer.
